Self -catering villas in the small resort of Cala San Vicente, Pollença in the north of Majorca. Spacious two or three-bedroom villa (170m2) with a privileged position on a pine-clad hillside above the beach. It is situated at a five minute walk from both the sea and the village and at 6 km from Pollença and 7 km from its port. The houses are placed in an exclusive estate of twelve villas and it is surrounded by a wonderful garden with lush vegetation. It has a wide swimming pool with a large terrace with sunbeds where you will be able to sunbathe and relax. There are several paths which would take you to the Can Botana forest, a place where time seems to have stopped. These cozy houses are fully furnished and decorated. There is a roomy two storeys living and dining room with sofas , coffee tables, a dining table with six chairs and fireplace. There are two big terraces in each house, at the front and at the rear, equipped with sunbeds and a round table with chairs, two or three bedrooms with twin beds, one of them is en suite (three bedroom villa). An extra bed, a cradle or a high chair can be arranged if necessary. There is a kitchen, two bathrooms in the three bedroom villas, one in the two bedroom villas and a toilet in the ground floor.. As electric appliances goes , there is a satellite TV, an electric cooker and oven, a fridge, a washing machine, dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and also a dinner service, cutlery and household linen are provided. There are plenty of cupboards, chest of drawers, wardrobes and a safe. A/C in living and bedrooms.
